We can arrange for full working drawings, structural engineer certification, energy efficiency certification, BAL (Bush Fire Attack Level) certification and Home Indemnity Insurance. We take full responsibility for the Building permit and DA approval if required.
We are based in the Perth Hills, so we are experienced with the local approvals and new bushfire regulations.
